“Leveraging the Power of Social Media via Analytics” - According to a recent eMarketer study, 80% of U.S. businesses with 100 or more employees will use social media marketing this year. In this session, we will address many of the questions that marketers attempting to harness the full potential of this channel via analytics are grappling with: What are the different types of analytics, data sources, predictors, and dependent variables that can be used within the social space?
